The platform allows members to access information through "stigmergy", a mechanism of spontaneous, indirect coordination between agents or actions by means of modifications made to the environment. The platform uses a hybrid Spatial-web and Over-web (oWeb) environment to reduce the risk of individuals being exposed to untrusted information in resilient communities.
